Data Deletion

PingPoint Driver is a load-tracking app for truck drivers operated by SuVerse LLC at pingpoint.suverse.io. This page is for drivers who want their personal data deleted — whether you still have the app installed or have already removed it.

How to request deletion

Email info@suverse.io with the subject "PingPoint Driver data deletion request".

Include, so we can find your records:

Your name as your dispatcher or broker knows it.
The phone number your dispatcher uses to send you load links — this is how driver records are identified in our system.

You can write from any email address; an account login is not required (the app has no login). We may reply to confirm the request before deleting, so a request from someone else cannot erase your records.

What gets deleted

Your driver profile: name, phone number, email if we have one.
The push-notification token of your device.
The bindings that link your device and trucks to you, including ELD pairing identifiers.
Your GPS location history is deleted or de-identified so it can no longer be linked to you.
Raw vehicle-telemetry logs associated with your access tokens.

What is kept, and why

Records of completed deliveries belong to the broker or carrier who dispatched the load — they are commercial proof-of-delivery documents (which load was delivered, when, and where it stopped). We keep those records but remove or de-identify your personal details in them wherever the record allows. We may also retain data where the law requires it.

Timing

We confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Stopping collection without deleting

If you only want to stop location sharing, you do not need to delete anything: pause sharing from the Dashboard, or unbind the device (Settings) or uninstall the app — collection stops immediately. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
