PingPoint Driver · Last updated: August 10, 2026
PingPoint Driver ("the app") is a load-tracking companion app operated by SuVerse LLC ("we", "us") at pingpoint.suverse.io. It is provided to you in connection with a broker or carrier who dispatches your loads. This policy describes what the app actually collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- GPS location of your device — collected while your device is bound to a truck, including in the background when you are on an active load. Location updates are sent to our servers to power live load tracking.
- Vehicle telemetry from your ELD — the app connects over Bluetooth to the IOSiX ELD in your truck and reads engine RPM, road speed, odometer, engine hours, battery voltage, ignition state, the vehicle's VIN, and the ELD's own GPS position. Raw telemetry frames are uploaded to our servers for diagnostics and service records.
- Device push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to reach your device with tracking-related messages.
- Driver name and phone number — provided to us by the broker or carrier who dispatches your loads, so the load can be assigned to you.
- App activity logs — stop arrivals/departures and location-service events are logged on your device. These logs leave your device only when you choose to share them (Send diagnostics).
- Camera (permit photos) — the app asks for camera access only when you choose to photograph an oversize-load permit inside PingPoint NAV. Photos are taken only when you tap the camera button, are used to store your permit with the trip, and are never collected in the background. If you never use this feature, the camera is not accessed.
- Motion & activity — the app uses your phone's motion detection (physical activity recognition) to notice when the truck starts and stops moving, so GPS can rest during long stops and save battery. Motion data is processed on your device to control tracking and is not stored on our servers as a separate record.
- Device identifiers for ELD pairing — when you pair the app with your truck's ELD, we store the Bluetooth identifier of the ELD and of your phone so the binding can be restored automatically.
Why we collect it
- To show the broker or carrier who created your active load where the load is and when it will arrive (live position and ETA).
- To detect arrivals and departures at pickup and delivery stops automatically (geofencing).
- To diagnose and maintain the service (telemetry health, connection troubleshooting).
Where your information goes
- Data is stored on PingPoint servers operated by SuVerse LLC.
- Your location and ETA on an active load are visible to the broker/carrier of that load, and through tracking links they choose to share with their customer.
- We use service providers to operate the app: Firebase (push notifications) and mapping/geocoding providers (to render maps and resolve addresses). Coordinates are processed by those providers only for those purposes.
- We do not sell personal data. The app contains no advertising networks and no third-party ad or marketing analytics.
Retention
Tracking pings, telemetry, and service logs are retained as service records for as long as the related load and account records are kept — they document deliveries and help resolve disputes and diagnose issues. Completed-load history remains available to you and to the broker/carrier of those loads. Server diagnostic logs rotate automatically after 14 days. We periodically review stored data and remove what is no longer needed for these purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To request deletion, visit pingpoint.suverse.io/legal/delete-account or email info@suverse.io from any address, including your name and the phone number your dispatcher uses for you, so we can find your records. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be kept for legitimate business or legal purposes (for example, proof-of-delivery records belonging to the broker/carrier of your loads) — in that case we delete or de-identify everything else.
Background location
The app collects location in the background so tracking continues while you drive with the app closed or the screen off. Background collection runs while your device is bound to a truck; unbinding the device (or uninstalling the app) stops it.
SMS text messages
SMS text messages for PingPoint are sent by Sudzik Group Inc., a company under common ownership with SuVerse LLC that holds the registered A2P messaging sender used for these notifications. They are sent for one purpose: to notify a driver that a broker has assigned them a load. The message identifies the broker and contains a link to view the load and begin tracking. These messages are transactional and tied to a specific load — typically 1–2 messages per load assignment. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes, and are not shared with affiliates or partners for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message — you will not receive further texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your use of the app; your broker or carrier can still reach you through other channels.
