PingPoint Driver is a load-tracking companion app operated by SuVerse LLC and provided to you in connection with the broker or carrier who dispatches your loads. The app links your device to a truck, shares your position and vehicle telemetry with the broker/carrier of your active load, detects stop arrivals and departures, and offers optional navigation aids (PingPoint NAV and handoffs to third-party navigation apps).
By binding your device through a dispatcher link and using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Access is granted through links issued by your broker, carrier, or dispatcher. You are responsible for using only links intended for you and for unbinding the device when you stop driving the associated truck.
Routes, ETAs, and map outputs are aids only. PingPoint NAV routes and any route handed off to third-party apps (Trucker Path, Google Maps, or others) may be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your vehicle's height, weight, load, or permit restrictions.
You, the driver, remain solely responsible for legal and safe operation of the vehicle at all times: obeying posted signage, traffic law, truck restrictions, permit routing requirements, and your carrier's instructions. Never follow a suggested route contrary to posted restrictions or safe judgment.
The app and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that tracking, telemetry, geofence detection, notifications, or navigation will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Automatic arrival/departure detection is a convenience and may require manual confirmation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuVerse LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost cargo, missed appointments, fines, or citations, arising from or related to use of the app — including reliance on navigation outputs or tracking data. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes the location and telemetry data the app collects and how it is shared with the broker/carrier of your active load.
We, or the broker/carrier who provisioned your access, may suspend or end access at any time. You can stop all collection by unbinding the device or uninstalling the app.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SMS text messages for PingPoint are sent by Sudzik Group Inc., a company under common ownership with SuVerse LLC that holds the registered messaging sender. You may receive a text when a broker assigns a load to you. Each message identifies the broker and includes a link to view the load and begin tracking. These messages are transactional — we do not send marketing texts — and frequency is tied to your load activity, typically 1–2 messages per load assignment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your use of the app.
