Late, no-signal and long-dwell alerts: e-mail after 20 min silence or 60 min at a stop

PingPoint raises three alerts on a load: LATE when the delivery window has passed, NO_SIGNAL after 20 minutes without a position, and LONG_DWELL after more than 60 minutes inside a stop zone. Each one is e-mailed to the broker and sent to the webhook, and again when it clears.

An e-mail to the broker's address, when raised and when resolved.

Your webhook: pingpoint.exception.raised and pingpoint.exception.resolved.
A repeat of the same alert within 60 minutes of it clearing does not send another e-mail.

Separately, the load shows when the driver hasn't opened the link or declined location sharing.
