Tracking a shipment with a PingPoint link: live map, status, origin and destination

Your freight broker uses PingPoint to track the truck carrying your load. If they sent you a PingPoint tracking link, it shows the truck's position on a map with the load's status, origin and destination.

What the link shows

The link opens in any web browser.

Where the position comes from

The broker creates the load in PingPoint. The driver gets a text message with a link, installs the free PingPoint Driver app and shares location for that load until delivery. Arrivals and departures at pickup and delivery are logged automatically by geofence.

Privacy

A tracking link belongs to one load. Keep it to the people who need it. Tracking links are not listed in search engines. Driver location is shown only for the load and is never sold. See the privacy policy.

Questions about your shipment

Ask the broker who sent you the link: they own the load. For questions about PingPoint itself, write to info@suverse.io.
