Create a load from a rate confirmation PDF: Quick Fill in the PingPoint cabinet

On the New Load screen, “Quick Fill from Rate Confirmation” reads an uploaded rate confirmation PDF and fills the load form: stops, rate, equipment and weight. You review the fields and create the load; parsing is free and the load costs $0.65.

Steps

Open Loads → New Load in the cabinet.
Use Quick Fill from Rate Confirmation and choose the PDF.
Check the filled fields and add or correct the driver's phone number.
Create the load. The driver gets the text message.

Limits

PDF files only.
The parser fills a form; nothing is created until you press Create.
Fields it cannot read are left for you to fill in.
