Load tracking webhooks: status, exception and delivery events signed with HMAC-SHA256

PingPoint sends load events to your HTTPS endpoint: created, updated, status changed, completed, exception raised and resolved. Each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256; you turn webhooks on yourself in the cabinet at no extra cost.

Event	Fires when
`pingpoint.load.created`	A load is created, in the cabinet or through the API
`pingpoint.load.updated`	Load details are updated
`pingpoint.status.changed`	The status advances from GPS / geofence events or the load is cancelled; also when the driver declines or grants location consent
`pingpoint.load.completed`	Delivery completes
`pingpoint.exception.raised` / `.resolved`	NO_SIGNAL, LATE or LONG_DWELL starts or clears

Delivery

Headers X-PingPoint-Event and X-PingPoint-Signature = hex(HMAC-SHA256(secret, raw body)).
One attempt per event with a 5-second timeout, no automatic retries. Use the load read as the source of truth.
The signing secret rotates when you change the webhook URL.
Set it up in the cabinet under Integrations → Webhooks: paste the URL and switch it on.
