Automatic load statuses from geofences: 3,200 m zones, arrival and departure times
PingPoint draws a 3,200 m geofence around every stop and moves the load status from the driver's GPS: PLANNED → AT_PICKUP → IN_TRANSIT → AT_DELIVERY → DELIVERED. Statuses cannot be written by hand, so a status is backed by a recorded position.

The rules
- Default radius 3,200 m around each stop.
- Positions with accuracy worse than 150 m are kept in the track but ignored for geofencing.
- Arrival fires at once when accuracy is 50 m or better, otherwise after two consecutive positions inside the zone.
- Departure needs the truck past the radius plus hysteresis (the larger of 100 m and a third of the radius) and at least 60 seconds after arrival.
- Only the first and last stops move the status: leaving the first stop sets IN_TRANSIT, arriving at the last sets AT_DELIVERY, leaving it sets DELIVERED.
- Middle stops record their own arrival and departure times without changing the status.
- On-time, delay and dwell are measured on the last delivery and the last pickup.
Status changes are also sent to your webhook as pingpoint.status.changed.
