Shipper visibility in 2026: 90% tracking compliance bar at MacroPoint, AI agents at project44 and FourKites, Motive pulls IPO

To be a 2026 MacroPoint Top Carrier, a carrier had to track more than 1,000 loads in the first half of 2026 with at least 90% tracking compliance; 1,450 qualified. In Descartes' 2025 survey of 600+ shippers and logistics providers, 80% planned to raise TMS spending, with visibility among the top priorities.

What PingPoint does and doesn't do here

Does: gives each load a tracking link for your shipper, geofence arrival and departure times, alerts, and webhooks into your TMS; AI agents can work with loads through the MCP server.

Doesn't: connect to carriers' ELDs, offer multimodal visibility, or provide a shipper portal across loads.

How PingPoint connects. You sign up with email, Google or GitHub and start with a $10 credit. The driver gets a text message with a link and installs the free PingPoint Driver app (iPhone, Android) — no driver account. The carrier and the dispatcher don't need to set anything up.
